• Username, email address, and hashed password
• Gameplay progress and statistics
• Uploaded Merchandise artwork, safe re-encoded source files, image hashes, dimensions, file type, design details, and rendered products
• The Terms, Privacy, and artwork-licence versions you opened and accepted, with the accepting account and server times
• Artwork admin review and catalogue status
• IP address, login time, and browser-derived device information used for security and abuse prevention

• Create and manage your account
• Store gameplay progress and process in-game transactions
• Prepare, display, review, moderate, and promote Merchandise designs
• Document artwork rights, handle complaints, and arrange manufacturing, fulfilment, and sales when a design is selected
• Improve the game, investigate misuse, and enforce account or IP restrictions

Cookies and session data keep you logged in and support in-game interactions. LOAMA does not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

Payments are processed by Mollie. LOAMA does not store payment-card information on its servers. Mollie's privacy policy applies to payment transactions.

Submitted designs may be visible to other players through Merchandise and Audience Award features. If an administrator selects an upload as standard artwork, the artwork and its design name may become available to all players. Selected files and necessary order information may be shared with hosting, manufacturing, fulfilment, marketplace, retail, and professional advisers only as needed for the purposes described in the Terms. Do not upload private or sensitive personal information in artwork.

Gameplay and successful-login history is retained while your account exists. Artwork source files and licence evidence are retained while the design is used and as needed for orders, accounting, rights complaints, legal claims, backups, and historical game records. A stop-use or deletion request may not erase records that LOAMA must retain or remove artwork from products already manufactured, committed, or sold. Security-audit and active-ban records may be retained as needed. Login IP and detected-device information is limited to authorized administrators.

You may request access, corrections, deletion, restriction, or other rights available under data-protection law by contacting support@blackbriarmusic.com. Privacy requests are separate from copyright licence stop-use requests, although one message may contain both.

This policy may be updated. Significant changes will require review at a future login or will be communicated through in-game messages or email.
