LOAMA is an online simulation game where players develop a virtual artist career and earn in-game money, fans, experience, and other virtual resources.
You must create an account to play. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Accounts that abuse the system or violate these terms may be suspended or terminated. If you are not legally able to grant an artwork licence yourself, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf before you upload artwork.
Players may optionally purchase virtual goods, currency, or benefits with real money. Transactions are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Virtual benefits cannot be transferred outside the game.
We aim to provide a stable game but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the game.
LOAMA game content, artwork, and code belong to the developers and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
You remain responsible for content you upload. It must be lawful and must not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. AI-assisted or AI-generated artwork may be uploaded only when the AI service terms, source material, and applicable rights allow you to grant LOAMA the commercial licence below. AI generation alone does not prove that an output is free of third-party rights. LOAMA may review, reject, hide, or remove content and may respond to credible rights complaints.
LOAMA does not take ownership of your artwork. To the extent that you own rights in it, you keep them. Accepting the current Terms at login grants this licence for every Merchandise artwork you uploaded before acceptance and every artwork you upload while this licence version remains current. An upload-specific checkbox may provide an additional reminder and confirmation. By accepting, you confirm that you created, commissioned, validly generated, or otherwise control all rights needed to grant this licence, including commercial merchandise rights and the right to let LOAMA use manufacturers and sales partners. If another person, brand, logo, character, photograph, AI model output, or protected material appears in the artwork, you confirm that you have every permission needed for the uses below.
You grant the operators of LOAMA a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, copy, display, publish, reproduce, resize, crop, recolour, separate for print, combine with text or garment mockups, distribute, advertise, and otherwise use the artwork to operate, promote, and develop LOAMA and Blackbriar-related LOAMA activities. This includes selecting the artwork as a standard in-game design and manufacturing, offering, marketing, fulfilling, and selling physical merchandise featuring it. LOAMA may sublicense these rights only to contractors, hosting providers, manufacturers, fulfilment providers, marketplaces, retailers, and other partners involved in those purposes, and may transfer the licence with the operation of LOAMA. These uses do not require a new approval each time.
The licence is royalty-free, so no fee, royalty, or share of sales is promised unless LOAMA separately agrees in writing or mandatory law provides a right that cannot be waived. LOAMA will respect moral rights that cannot lawfully be waived and will not use your name or likeness as a personal endorsement beyond reasonable design attribution without separate permission.
The licence continues until you ask LOAMA in writing to stop future uses. After a reasonable processing period, LOAMA will stop placing the artwork on newly selected products. LOAMA may complete existing customer orders, sell inventory already manufactured or firmly committed, retain historical game and transaction records, and keep copies and acceptance evidence needed for legal, accounting, backup, dispute, and safety purposes. LOAMA does not promise to select, promote, attribute, manufacture, or sell any upload and may retire it from the standard catalogue at any time. A material expansion of this licence will require a new acceptance and will not silently expand an older recorded version.
